To access our lounges, hotels, restaurants, and EV stations, you must purchase a membership through our App or web. We offer various membership options, which may include different levels of access and benefits. Membership fees are non-refundable.

You may use our App and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our App and Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe any intellectual property or other rights of Dozpass or any third party.
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code or content.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our App and Services.

Intellectual Property
Our App and Services, including all content, software, and technology, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our App and Services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
Our App and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding our App and Services. In no event shall Dozpass or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our App and Services, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of data, or interruption of business, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dozpass and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our App and Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of our App and Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
